They need to fix balance scion. Double damage if someone has 11 pips is ass. Thats why a balance would go for a different school hit. Maybe double damage if two shields on self and two traps on opponent or something? In fact, all of the spells people dont use should be looked at. Who the hell uses life scion?

Balance scion is good precisely because no one uses it, very few expect it, and people get to 11+ pips more often than you think. The primary responsibility of a balance wizard is pip management and controlling your opponent's pips.
