Doing these red carpet interviews with celebrities, some who are decidedly strange, have little sense of humor, or are otherwise full of themselves, is not an enviable or easy task. Then you have a TV audience of social justice warriors waiting for the slightest hint of anything offensive and you have a total no-win situation. Rancic may well be a bimbo but she means no harm.
