If this is not fake then this is a very unhealthy relationship and they should just get divorced. She obviously doesn't love him if she's going to do stuff behind his back like this, and then in an effort to come clean instead of actually coming clean she's going to lie and pretend that she told him about it already and even yell at him on top of it.
