I'm going to theorise that Apollo's AI cores are secret military technology (hence Liv couldn't find anything that can interface with it). Due to the secret nature of the tech, a small contingent was deployed to deal with the situation. They evacuated the Saturn Base with no explanation (From that very generic evacuation message) and used it as a quarantine for Liv with Juno given very strict instructions to keep things confidential. At some point during their investigation they were wiped out by biomass spores. Now no one knows that Liv is at the Saturn base. There is also probably the beginnings of a Biomass infestation beginning at the base's reactor.

Again, like I said before, you shouldn't take them seriously, if you don't like them, just skip them. Besides, it's his channel, he can do what he wants with it.

@@beforeyousayanything515 - I'm in 100% agreement with you, I actually am not specifically sure which scene/moment he is referring to, but I can say without a doubt that there is literally not a single part of his production that I am not a fan of, He is fluid with conversation flow (NOT easy; I have tried to make commentary gameplay videos, and it's really difficult), his humor, his entertainment value, this series is an amazing game, and he plays and presents it very well in my opinion, and entertains and amuses along the way - perfect format for an entertainment provider which is precisely what a KZbinr is ultimately meant to be. to be honest, the only single thing I wasn't especially a fan of were a couple times in his intro, there was a small clip from something further on in the current video, and for me, that can sometimes be a bit of a spoiler, I don't mind the "Previously" bits, because 'recaps' are just stuff you've already seen, so no spoilers

I love the story recap from the previous game! And I just noticed that VR is missing adaptable aperture adjustment; like our eyes when we get closer and farther away from things. Which will help prevent some nausea and eyestrain in VR. And make games more immersive! And maybe people with glasses, won't have to wear glasses anymore!

Wolf! the first time i saw your videos it was with part 1 of lone echo. at that time my pc was unable to use link cable, i didnt understand virtual desktop and pc link to connect my quest 2. But i jearned to play this game. I could mot stop watching you play this game (and any other since then ;) together with you. I saw my kids view utube with playthroughs and did not understand why not just play the game, but now i know. It feels a bit like coop watching you play those games. Really fun. Ok i made myself a deal, already bought lone echo 1, got virtual desktop, high speed internet asus router etc, i am going to see just one! Episode from you playing LE2 and then i am stepping in this 1 and 2 adventure myself. Me myself has been around since the 8086 pc with no hd and 5,25 floppy drives, never could imagine, only dream, what is possible today and that is insane! Gamer 4 life!

Okay so. Before watching the next part, i want to say what i want to be a big reveal. I want the only reason why you are stuck there to be that Juno got lonely. Seeing as robots developing far too human emotions is such a central theme in the first game, it would definitely fit in. And i'd find it funny. And then there's the whole situation of what caused the evacuation. And the war the atlas was heading to. Oh boy there's going to be a lot to see. This game is technically very impressive. But the dialogue and story. Haven't seen this good storytelling in a while.
