This is so sad. I just watched on BBC America right here in Texas that over one thousand people have di-ed so far during this hajj. The news report confirmed that there was no adequate preparation made by the Saudi Hajj Authority to successfully handle the overflowing. Also, on the injudicial ki-lling of someone in Bauchi for so called blasphemy against a prophet to married a six year old girl and had s3x with her at 9 years old: this is horrible. Tani Olorun you're great. Without doubt the death in mecca was as a result of excessive heat wave and the population of the people performing hajj. You cannot compare the heat/temperatures in the Southwest to that of Sokoto in Northern Nigeria, let alone Saudi Arabia. It's political and exaggeration to compare hajj to ojude oba, hajj has to be performed within a strictly timeframe. That involves everyone who travelled there for the purpose of performing hajj unlike ojude oba which is for entertainments. I doubt, that of Nigeria there are countries in Asia where people choose to travel to mecca and die there according their belief. As a result, they are restricted by imposing age limits. Tani Olorun check this fact, Asians don't sponsored their family and friends to perform hajj, it's against their belief and culture. individual have to work hard for themselves to go to hajj and all your family and friends has to be comfortable before can go for hajj, (set up in business) etc. Imagine what 90 billions could have done in Nigeria if shared for the states? Anyway, we shall see the result of the Government investment on the hajj soon "Apa komope ohun topo a tan".
