What a great podcast. I love what you did with the leaves. We are not as big or equipped as you but I live with my daughter and her family. We bought a little homestead. We have 4 goats, 21 chickens, 14 sheep, 4 donkeys, 1 potbelly pig, 1 mini horse, 2 geese, 8 bunnies with 7 babies, 4 dogs and 2 birds. It's a lot of work but I love the animals.

Congratulations on the tomato harvest! I’d never heard of tomato powder. What do you do with it? My Mom made green tomato mincemeat with the green tomatoes… it’s delicious. Thank you for the vlog.

The tomato powder is supposedly a good replacement for tomato paste in soups and such. I’m going to have to experiment and see how I like it. It looks like we’ll have lots of green tomatoes too, so I’ll have to check out a recipe for mincemeat. Thank you. :)

I’d love to hear how you liked the tomato powder once you get a chance to use it! I’m pretty sure you and your husband are several years younger than I am but I am always so impressed with your knowledge (I always walk away having learned something from you) and your ability to fix/build just about anything!
