You are so right with your opinion about reactors who hop on the Queen bandwagon looking for likes and subscriptions. Fly-by-nighters, who watch a couple of videos without really paying attention. How can they when they stop every two seconds to assure us that Queen ‘are fire’, like we don’t already know it. There are a few reactors who have become bona fide fans, I’m hoping you become one too. I’ve enjoyed all your Queen reactions so far, but mate you haven’t even scratched the surface yet. There’s so much more to Queen. Their music is so much more diverse than any other band then or now. From this same concert, which was EPIC, One Vision (loosely based on Martin Luther King’s “I had a dream” speech) Tie Your Mother Down, Now I’m Here. Or to see how truly amazing Freddie’s voice was, listen to his Impromptu. It will blow your mind. Thanks, I’ve subscribed.

@@RoverWaters Or think simply because they are a reactor and have listened to a few songs, that all of a sudden they are experts and think they have the right to make judgements about the band members private lives. That riles me

Freddie wrote this for a film called Highlander. The lead character in the movie was an Immortal. He fell in love with mortal and had to watch her die of old age, while he didn't age a day. ~ Mrs Hohn

A Brian May masterpiece written for the movie Highlander. Of course, as Brian has said Freddie always was able to elevate songs to a new level. You should consider subscribing to Brian’s KZbin channel. He is a fascinating guy and still very active at 73. He just posted a collaboration with a bunch of much younger guitarists. It is very cool.

As a fellow Texan who lived thru the '21 Grid Failure Storm, I appreciate you making this video at the time. Poignant. Also, I am a huge Queen fan and one of my favorite things is watching people discover and fall in love with them. The entire band is phenomenal. Freddie was raw, unbridled, passionate talent. His voice, singular. His loss, tragic.

Maybe you want to start doing early Queen so you can see them develop and change in their look and in their style, although they were always versatile. You can tell early queen in the 70s because of the long hair and interesting clothing, then there was Freddy in leotards or leather pants, then the mustache and white jeans, and toward the end he grew a beard. White Queen live at Hammersmith 1975 is magnificent. For a more rocker try Liar live 1974. Thanks for reacting to Queen. Love your reactions. Glad you have your power back. Best wishes to all in Texas

Freddie will always hit you in the "feels" He exuded love when he sung to his fans. Now if you'd like another genre/layer, you can hear his operatic voice in "Exercises in Free Love" it was a demo he sent to Montserrat Caballe, an Opera female legend, when they talked about collaborating. He wanted to show her how versatile he was. Every note sung was all him, at first you won't believe it's him and that it's a female. Montserrat was blown away and "Barcelona" was born. They adored one another and it showed when they performed together.

Loved this reaction... You are right. So many layers for Freddie (and the entire band actually). You should dip your toe into some of their slightly older stuff too. Keep Yourself Alive (from their first album), The Millionaire Waltz, Seaside Rendevous... fairly different than what you've done so far. I love "You Take My Breath Away" also... Not even scratching the surface really... You could literally react for weeks if not months! The 3 part mini-doc called "Inside the Rhapsody" is super interesting too... All about the making of Bohemian Rhapsody (the song and the video). Have a blast! We will enjoy the ride right along with you! Stay safe!
