Question 183 - I guess the answer should be Amazon Route 53 because Cloudfront is used only for delivering the content to the global users but the question is about reaching global users. Please clarify

For Q190 Option D can only be performed by root user. This is the part of skill builder documentation module 6 Security where it says Use root user to create your first IAM user and assign it permissions to create other users Only use root user to perform a limited number of tasks that are only available for the root user 1. Changing your root user email address 2. Changing your AWS Support plan

In q198, option B also seems correct. Server side encryption is the job of AWS right?

190 seems like it's just a bad question. C, D, and E all seem like valid answers after reviewing the documentation. Regarding D "changing support plans", on the AWS documentation for changing support plans it says right at the top "To change your support plan, you must have AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) permissions or sign in to your account as a root user." So clearly that task can be performed by an IAM user with all IAM permissions. BTW, thanks for these videos. Best study guide out there!
