Take care, don't give up. Keep going on. Please just accept that it will take time and that you will not complete this course quickly. It may take more than a year depending on your personal situation. Do your homework step by step. Your mental wellbeing is part of your success. This is a marathon. Long term commitment beats brute force most of the time. Also, please forget anything else until you finish. Stick to this course only and you will definitely get the skills that employers need and you will get the technical knowledge that is actually expected by technical managers.

Can you tell me how you managed to learn and do projects? I work as a DBA. I have done some ETL and minor DE work. I don’t have a problem with learning concepts but struggle when it comes to knowing how to create projects as none of the videos teach you that or at least how work projects should be.

I don’t think people who aren’t in tech may not understand how incredible this is. so many jobs want this skill set yet is pretty much gate kept by academia an expensive courses, not even to mention how large the ecosystem is. this is definitely an awesome gift to the people wanting to grow and become an engineer without having to break the bank. What do you mean by "gatekept"? Knowledge is not free! You should pay for knowledge and information because you will eventually use that knowledge to get a job that will pay you a lot of money. You're essentially selling knowledge as well but yet you want to get it for free. Not fair! Freecodecamp is sponsored through donations and partnerships, though you got it for free some folks made it happen for them to still keep going.

HELP!! I can't find where I left off! I was watching for about 2 days straight when I accidentally fell asleep because I ran out of coffee. You were talking about server images or something like that. I've tried scanning through all of day 2 video but it's over 24 hours of footage on that portion of the video and the video progress bar isn't big enough to accurately pinpoint down to the minute. Or maybe it was on day 3. Not sure anymore since I was dealing with sleep deprivation. I guess I'll just have to start again from the beginning. This time I have a lot mote coffee. I hope to make it all the way to day 4 this time! Wish me luck guys and thanks for this awesome reference material. It's good to know this information is here to be reviewed any time I need it.

How good is this?, is it great for absolute beginners close to 0 knowledge on AWS ?
@devmoon0
@devmoon0 11 күн бұрын
@@sauravsingh471 So far so good. However, there are a few technology updates, so I need to spend some time debugging my code and doing some googling. To answer your question, I think it's good for cloud beginners, but it does require some basic knowledge of CS concepts like Git and full-stack development. You don’t need to be good at them, but at least you need to know what they are and how to use them.
