No success I was confused by that as well. That's why I googled this video because I thought I was doing something wrong since there was no connection. I started trying to edit the outbound rules on the web server and still no success.

@@taia9603I tried login to db ec2 instance, There is no db instance running there. Somehow db instance not getting started with ec2 instance spin up
