Time stamp 5:39 , as per yr instructions given -even if u manually associated a eip then also it won't work bicog it running in a private subnet. According as my analysis there is no such public and private subnet , if a subnet associated to IGW that become public subnet . If not then it a private subnet But I do the lab it work bro, u have to creat IGW and associate with your vpc. Then creat a eip, then associate to your ec2. Then connect your ec2 through ec2 instance connect with public ipv4. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thank you for a wonderful session 🙏

Hi @biswajit, Public Subnet: will have access to Internet via IGW, you can access resources over internet with Public IP. Private Subnet: Can have internet via NAT Gateway, but the resources running you cant connect over internet. You can have resources without Internet also in a Private Subnet. While you are testing you created and associated InternetGW, Technically it become public subnetz

Hi, Yes we can install without internet. We do have offline download for nginx, copy those files to your private subnet instance and then run rpm to install it. docs.nginx.com/nginx-management-suite/installation/vm-bare-metal/offline-install-guide/

You will still need a NAT in a public subnet to get internet in the EC2 instances inside the private subnet.
