Very good question! Imagination black friday and you wish to scale your product 200%. Karpenter will not only manage the nodes, but also take care about optimal distribution of pods. One of the example i have in mind.

@@zibifern Or just at the end of the month, you need to process all files, make some analytics; there are a lot of use cases for so many pods at the same time.
