Individual Amazon S3 objects can range in size from a minimum of 0 bytes to a maximum of 5 terabytes. The largest object that can be uploaded in a single PUT is 5 gigabytes. For objects larger than 100 megabytes, customers should consider using the Multipart Upload capability. There is no limit on objects per bucket.

S3 max upload size is 5 TB - min is 0 Bytes - and single Put can commit upto 5 GB , also consider Mulitpart upload for more than 100 MB files size

It is true :- Please note that if you set any default payment method and if you have been billed, then your amount will be directly deducted if less than Rs. 10000(10k). It is true aws deduct amount automatically from bank account.
