Hi @Shailesh, Yesterday, I was giving exam of AWS SAA-C03 architect associate. I have completed 60% questions, but suddenly WiFi gets stopped and disconnected from exam. After that I connected with another ISP and login again through Pearson vue application, then it was showing me that your exam has been completed and I got result with failed. Yesterday, I immediately reached to Pearson vue customer support they raised case with reschedule exam. Still did not get any response. I checked with them again they said within 2-3 days they will replied to me.

Hey rahul , sad to hear this but this is the reason I suggest everyone to schedule the exam at center and not home because there can 10 variables , keep on mailing them and let me know if they refund you.

@@sahithi78 I contacted Pearson Vue and they did the audit. They have logs, they confirmed that this was really happened or not. They rescheduled my exam.

Hii Shailesh, I was giving my exam at home and suddenly the low battery message popped up due to which I wasn't able to type anything, pressed lot of keys and I think screen got freeze and the Procter kept sending message but due to screen freeze or whatever the problem had happened I can't be able to reply the proctor I connected the laptop with charger but the switch was not working I got panicked Started talking with myself and lips movement got recorded my father came to see what happened and tried to help me and proctor saw him and ended the exam Can you please tell me in this condition where can I mail to AWS or to the person onvue support

No, they will have computers at the location for you to take the exam. Also, you should have 2 forms of ID, one your driver's license and the secend your credit card or another photo ID with your first and last name. You should watch the videos after you schedule your exam.

Hi @Shailesh Kumar. Thank you for making this video. I also have my AWS developer exams invalidated after a couple of days with ' statistical anomalies' comment. I had mine in a test centre .I believe mine got revoked because i tried to add my yahoo account ( used to register on yahoo) to gmail in order to streamline both accounts in Credly so i can have my certification in one place. How do you think i should go about this? I also have solution architect exams prior to this.

Same thing happened to me. Did you get your result back in your AWS certification account? As i did send an email to "AWS Training and Certification", they sent me an email about the result under review for three weeks. (Now am waiting for the final result)

depends on case to case , in few cases they give you 100% voucher , in some 50% and most of the time they don't refund you anything.
