hi, can you help me with the cost of following architecture: 1 vpc, 1 ec2 inside the public subnet , 1 rds instance inside private subnet, rds is accessible therough ec2 and ec2 is accessible through ssh from local.

Is it posible to query the calculator thru api call or command line ?

I have never used it, but there is such option in the CLI : docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/reference/pricing/index.html
