Say if you create a subnet in VPC , create private links in them , and share this subnet , can other vpc in this same account can make use of these private links or VPN connections etc in that subnet ? or its ust that they can only launch resources in that subnet ? if 2nd is the case whats the big feature in launcing in remote subnet we can wvery well launch in vpc own subnet ?

Nice and Straight forward Video. One question - What is the difference between Resource Shares and Shared Resources in the Shared With Me section ?

Nice video..one question...suppose account 1 shared a subnet with account 2..and account 2 created a ec2 instance in that subnet....now if account 1 decides to revoke the sharing...what will happen to the ec2 instance..will it be deleted? in another case suppose account 2 wants to leave shared resource i.e. subnet. what will happen to the ec2 instance created in that subnet?

The owner can unshare a shared subnet with participants at any time. After the owner unshares a shared subnet, the following rules apply: 1. Existing participant resources continue to run in the unshared subnet. 2. Participants can no longer create new resources in the unshared subnet. 3. Participants can modify, describe, and delete their resources that are in the subnet. 4. If participants still have resources in the unshared subnet, the owner cannot delete the shared subnet or the shared-subnet VPC. The owner can only delete the subnet or shared-subnet VPC after the participants delete all the resources in the unshared subnet.

Thanks for this video. What if I want to share resources between regions in the same account. Can I use this too?
@knowledgeindia4 жыл бұрын
that would depend on the property of individual service.
