Sad that Werner says, "on premise." The word is premises, the land and building of a property. Say "on-prem" or just premises. Is it so hard to say a non-plural word that ends with "s?"

Which is your second language? Once you give a keynote presentation in that language with no mistakes, you can criticize Werner for making a minor error in his English.
