What about Performance? Is it slower because of docker?

Does storing the container image in ECR come with any additional cost of data transfer? (apart from storage cost) As ECR pricing shows an additional cost of data transfer, will we charged with the "data tranfer out" rate for every cold start?

"Data transferred between Amazon S3, Amazon Glacier, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon SES, Amazon SQS, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon ECR, Amazon SNS, Amazon EFS, or Amazon SimpleDB and AWS Lambda functions in the same AWS Region is free." - aws.amazon.com/lambda/pricing/
