AWS re:Invent 2024 - Operate and scale managed Apache Kafka and Apache Flink clusters (ANT342)

As Express Broker will only support the creation of a new MSK Cluster. We've been using Standard Broker for a long time in this context. The migration part will need to be covered, as well as the risk for production. It would be better if AWS could support upgrading the existing MSK Standard to Express with a click button instead of using MSK Replicator with more operation works and risk for migration.
