@Poshua92 these guys DO respect it. watch carefully where they log, & what they log. The professionals out there today have learned from the mistakes of there predecessors. They log, plant, log, replant. Not very often do you see the single log loads that were common years ago. When you see it now, look at the logs, they are bug kills, or standing dead. But for the most part, loggers thin, instead of clear cut, & when they do, it gets replanted.

@diesel4life7410 No I unfortunately don't work in the bush, wish I did. I just respect what those who do work in the bush provide for those of us who don't. I cut timber for my own use for firewood or pine logs if I need lumber milled out for projects around the house.

i know that they are only cutting down certain trees and letting others grow. but when they say i get to see wild life and breathe this fresh air. Trees make that air and animals live in the forest. I just laughed when they say that.

I am proud to have worked the woods till the eco freaks shut my job down. I do still hand fall for land owners because I enjoy being outside. Trees will always be on this earth. For every tree cut ten get planted!

Best part about their job is they don't have to brush their hair or teeth before going to work.

I love people who say these guys are destroying nature. Unless you are typing your comment on a computer plugged into a solar panel and sleeping under the stars in the great outdoors and NOT in a house made of WOOD, you need these guys in the forests harvesting timber. Loggers are no different than farmers in the midwest that harvest a field of corn. It gets harvested replanted and harvested again generation after generation. I don't see anyone protesting a farmer harvesting his crops.

tsk tsk tsk this is just sad. these beautiful trees have been here for centuries long and deserve respect. but noooo they are cut down and treated like dirt. they give us life and look how we repay them. this is just sooo sad. this show is a waste of time and money. and for all you who support tree cutting, just wait till our world becomes nothinng but dirt and sand. wait until all the beauty is destroyed. the sad thing is, no one will realize or care until it actually happenns.
