just thinking you could get 2 handles out of a single blank and laminate palm swell, but you probably want the palm swell one piece with the handle. love the content man! follow you on IG as well haha

Definitely an option to try. There are a lot of guys that do a laminated swell, it just isn’t something I have been in a hurry to try it.

What size bandsaw blade do you find works well?

I use something like a 3/8th or 1/2 with 3-4 tpi. Doesn’t turn great but zips through material
