So it’s a modern version of a 1970s, Universal Instruments sequencer machine. Made in Binghamton New York. That’s old technology! The machine takes electronic through whole components. Cut and places the single components onto a track In an arrangement to be re-taped in a sequence that can be populated onto PC Card or Computer board. Nothing special about that.
