The ESC is a RC4WD Outcry single motor, not a Homes Hobbies. The motor is a 45T from RC4WD as well. Both components work great and are inexpensive.

Awesome, thanks for the update. You didnt say how many turns the motor is, I have a rc4wd 45 turn in my unimog cc01 and it goes about as fast as a brisk walk.

Hey +Rob Fox. It's a 45 turn. Sounds like the speeds are pretty similar, mine may be just a little faster. Are you using a 2S or 3S? I wonder how much of a difference the extra cell would make.

to remove the set screw you can use two nuts tightened against each other.

The yeti is fast on 2s, on 3s it is destroy something fast. I have a first gen rustler with a 5.5 turn trackstar motor and it will flip over at 3/4 throttle.

I run a 2s in my cars and trucks, I have some 3s batteries but last time I used them I smoked a receiver in my trf 201 and a esc in my rustler, same day. Now I just run the 2s, the 3s I run in my boat. My yeti has a 8.5t brushless on a 2s, that thing will rip.
