I'd check that all the bearings are in those axles. I bought some with the locking diffs and the rear only had one bearing.

You should get a newbright frenzy it is a toy grade rc with a brushless motor id like to see you compare it to the wltoys or a traxxas or something I think it’d be interesting trying to send big jumps on it but it only go 20 mph

I had these same axles on my scx10 and they sheared all of the gears within a day😂 customer service was a joke couldn’t return them

Hey kev im gettin a hobbyplus cx-18 its a jeep crawler in 1/18th scale and my future plans for it is to put axail scx-10 axles and 1/10th scale tires and shocks under it and maybe putt a bigger motor in it😂

Hey Kev! Nice mod! The reason I think its better because it gives a lower center of gravity. Great video as usual! However, I have a suggestion for the next off-road car you should test out. It's called the Traxxas Summit 1/10 scale (but it's actually 1/8 scale) and it is unbeatable off-road. You can even get 6s systems that go straight into it, and it easily takes it, as it is one of the most durable monster trucks of all time, perhaps even as strong as your upgraded X-Maxx. Traxxas won't make them for much longer, though, so if you ARE going to get one, I suggest getting one sooner rather than later. You won't be disappointed: I would be happy to pay double or triple what they cost! Regards from Switzerland, Lucas Still

Also, I forgot to add, in high gear it is a great basher, even with the stock motor, as it has independent suspension instead of solid axles, and the suspension amongst other things offer a vast amount of tuning options. At 20 - 25mph it is plenty fast enough, especially for a rock-crawling, ravine-crossing, mud and snow conquering machine! I just can't recommend it enough. It is a fan-bloody-tastic RC car!
