I only have my 10.3 build for reference, but I did build it without the dig and 2 speed. No clicking noise whatsoever... I know you’ve torn that one apart many times, but maybe those shift forks are the culprit .

I've tried so many things, the only thing that changed anything was when I glued the input gears on the shaft.

I have 2 sets of these in black. They are awesome. I did notice I had to use wider wheel spacers because it narrowed up the truck. Did you notice that?

these went right on, you needed clearance for knuckles? Or just too skinny?

@@ExocagedRC a little of both. Wheels were very close to the knuckles. I used 8mm hexes to match how far the original wheels stuck out.

You just need a new stock transmission bro. She looks amazing with the new wheels.....really set her off bud. All of your portals are correct then shoulder of gears are what’s causing the problem. Chamfer the end of the gear slightly and should solve it but I haven’t look through your gears so can’t say for %100. Try it bro you won’t be disappointed. Beautiful wheels man and nice course.

Oh, and I’m not just throwing you random ideas either, these were the different fixes for all the clicks this baby makes. Have to hunt them down of course. Fix the click bro....I know you have to be bright enough to handle the business.👍👍👍

Put a spot of blue thread lock on the wheelnut, stopped the problem on my Gen 8.

Input gears. Horrible design. I did fix them with foil and superglue... LoL. I have a video showing that with the Proline KM3 tire test.

Seen on Harley design that the clicking noise is two gears in trans that the book doesn't show a certain way! Anyway I commented before you said something!! Love the wheels! I hear ya on trans!!!! Haha

I ended up just getting a vanquish trans case and dig for my 10ii.
