I have the RC4WD tires on my element. You have to tighten the nut down with only 2 of the hub screws in with needle nose pliers. :) Also I modified my servo mount to get more travel out of my front shocks on my Element.

I use some grease on the those little pieces. It helps keep them in the hole so they do not slip out as easy.

Great advise, I’ll have to do that also, thanks! 👍🏻😄

I was out for a crawl with a 1/12th scale truck and lost one of those pins. I wasn't ready to quit so took a body clip, since I had a bag of 100, and cut a bit of it off the right length. When you're out in the field you do what you gotta do to get back on the trail. It was slightly smaller around than the original pin but works well enough that it's still in there 2 years later.

I had a similar issue . I endeded up taking the socket to my belt grinder to thin the wall down . Works slick

Just a tip, for taking off the body along with the hinges, try using body clips where the screws go. It is easier and faster that way

Them little pins you "lost". Ya I lost one too. I just cut a trim nail down and used it. It's working fine. Homedepot. You can pick up a small box for about $5. Them and your dremel and you have a about a million pins. Hope this helps you in the future. Cheers.

That does help, thank you! I will probably go to Home Depot today 😀👍🏻

If you loose your wheel hex pins, just cut down a paper clip to fit

You can do it 😀

I cut my servo at an angle so it could guide itself between the rails. Still isn't perfect but better then how it was before

That’s it... you got to trim those corners off, where they touch the chassis on either side. Enjoying the vids keep it up dude 👍🏽

When working on RC cars especially little one. Get yourself a white towel good maybe even just go to the store and buy one so dedicated to working on your car yoga Grace and all sorts of shit on it. Screws and parts and things won't bounce off the table just stay right where they are and you won't lose stuff
