The numbers support the allies, but the VC's were in Axis hands. Last few rounds, USA could have bought some fleet and taken back Hawaii or the like for VC's

I find against the top players med shuck just burns the usa out and you never get a big enough stack unless conditions were ideal I no its meta and when it works it works great but my experience is it can burn u out vs top players because there positioning is to good and they play to many rounds ahead !
