For anybody wondering if shes still under YG, the answer is NO SHE IS NOT. YG is just helping with marketing and distribution for her music since it was produced when she was still signed under YG at the time. YG gave her the decision to stay or go with the producer (who left YG earlier this year and started his own company axis, I believe) that was in charge of her debut and she chose to go with the producer. Anyway, wasn't expecting the song to be in English. 😂

AXIS is a independent company but most of the staffs works for both YG and AXIS so it was easier to maintain the partnership to promote Katie. Sinxity was the whole manager for her debut (producer, creative director and others) just like he did for WINNER. I believe they will maintain the partnership not only with Katie but with their next artists too.
