Do you have to replace any seals when you swap a transfer case in a chevy that's my only question

No you don't have to, but if I were to do it again, I would replace the seal at the end of the transmission.

They're called channel-lock pliers! Lol Just like all sodas are called Coke! I'll have a Coke? What kind? Dr. Pepper. Lol So those pliers are called channel-locks. Brand is something different. Lol
