I feel like it makes sense, as she probably had a thicker accent at home, but when she went to Military School, her accent became lighter due to interacting with other Victorians. This happens to rural people often when they move to the city, as they slowly adapt. But from what I hear, seems like they should've done the lines a bit faster. It does sound a bit unnaturally slow... but maybe that's just her countryside farmgirl chillness coming through? Does rural Scottish folks speak slower? I know people in other countries that live in more rural regions tend to speak slower and be more chill.

Even though I personally use most JP voices but I like the direction they are taking the EN voices. some of them are really good. but if they could provide a system which allows you to switch between the translations or translations would change with the voice changed that would be really perfect.

New voice languages has been added quite for a while now but English voice is kinda special in that regard because they make them speak with the accent related to the homeland of the character ingame, in this example Bagpipe is supposed to be from a Scottish area of terra. Applies to other characters as well so an Ursus(Russia) character like Pozëmka has a Russian accent or Lappland whos from Siracusa(Italy) has Italian accent etc...
