I think I've listened to almost every track you've uploaded here on this channel but there's just something real special about this one that I keep coming back to. Also heavily influenced by my bias since EO3 was my first EO game lol. Thank you for having uploaded all these arrangements because I just love coming back them after a long while and going back down the rabbit hole of listening to my favorites.

Oh yeah, the intro is brilliant. Little bit of a SMT/Diablo feel in a way, and while totally different from the rest of the song, it works great as an intro to it.

This whole arrangement was such a good take on this theme. I especially love the way the intro has the feeling of exploring the dark and eerie swamp of the sixth stratum and how it transitions into finding something terrible that just shouldn't exist.

Oh yeah, this track is SO good. This was one of the first three or so albums that I ever bought, and this is definitely the stand-out track on it

Calling That Detestable Name is just goddamn awesome in every arrangement. This album was actually like the second one I remember buying, and it was totally for this song and "Hoist the Sword".

Tell me about it. I really do love all of the games and their music, but there's something special about Calling That Detestable Name as far as boss themes go. It just feels incredibly right for the occasion, particularly when it picks up and gets a bit of a "desperate" sound to it, which is appropriate, given how the fight itself works.

My only regret is not downloading another version/remix of this damn awesome song. It's no longer available on youtube, but the main image was of a farmer that eventually went negative overlay when the heavy part started.
