I have done Aya twice and San Pedro 12 times. Now I realize that what I want to achieve is to eventually work through all of the negative energy that had been passed through generations so that I do not pass it on to my children. This is where it stops. On the one side it is incredibly difficult and on the other side I feel extremely privileged. Keep working

I can relate so much to this comment of ‘it is extremely difficult’ but also so privileged. I feel the exact same way

Joseph Cermak I believe in you. Go for it. I’m scared to death each time I drink, but will always go back. Is being your best self not worth the risk? Time is ticking. Only so much life left. Make it the best. Good luck. She’ll treat you to the ceremony you need.

It's not always difficult. I've only done it once but it was everything except difficult. It was beautiful beyond measure and even the purging wasn't bad. 3 Biggest takeaways for me were 1. Nothing is more important than honoring our health. There is no seperation between anything. Our health is Earth's health. 2. To be present for others, not from guilt but from a calm duty. 3. To create, to sing and to play. Everything is alright even when it's not. Just putting it out there, don't get anything set in your mind before going in. Don't expect it to be anything (beautiful or difficult) Follow the dieta with discipline and know that whatever is taught is exactly what needs to be taught. Great podcast guys! 🙏

The insight he was giving about his relationship with his father and how the medicine was allowing him to see the cycle that his dad was perpetuating was amazing. These medicines have an uncanny ability to get you to see things beyond the confines of your ego and I had a similar experience on mushrooms and it changed me forever. We are all subject to conditioning and programming from our environment and most people are just living out those programs unconsciously. So as challenging as it might be...we need to learn to cultivate gratitude and understanding for people and these medicines show you that in such a beautiful way

i can relate soo much… i grew up being afraid both my mum and dad.. later when i moved out of their home i found myself being afraid of humans in general not even talking about self confidence i was pure fear.. i didnt have evil siblings like he had but having 4 siblings, they were all tangled up in this one mentaly sick family system trying to survive in different ways… now how it works is that i dont talk to any of them at all.. not even birhtdays or xmas nothing… it works but i know theres a lot put under the carpet that needs attention. thanx for this talk!! i love i can relate to it❤❤

I love what you’re saying about the candle (towards the end of the video). What Maria said about a tribe in Africa. Everyone is born equally indeed. We sometimes get lost and therefore become ‘ill’ (like you mentioned: mean or commit a crime etc). As a baby we are close to Mother Earth. So at an older age, when we get off the rails, that birth song is bringing you back. Thank you for this podcast. I’m considering ayahuasca …
