Great features! I was pleasantly surprised that it has a lift and a sauna. For more practicality, does this home have a laundry area? I should think so, and it looks like there's space for that at the back, but it wasn't mentioned.

Hello! Oh yes it also does have. We weren’t able to shoot it at the time though since it was being used as a makeshift storage after construction, but yes the house does have a good sizeable laundry area.😊

Beautiful home indeed, if only this was located in Beverly Hills or South Beach Florida. The power line in front of the house looks like the high voltage kind. Not desirable. There’s a lack of a a landscaped garden large enough to accommodate guests for an evening of outdoor entertainment, another negative. The empty lot in the back does not look inviting as a view. It needs greenery as ground cover, and less “horror movie” type trees. Not sure why the house is this big. Is there a huge market for this size house? Would the neighbors still respect you if your house a just half the size? Just wondering.
