Please takeover the long delayed Makati Subway. Buyout the proponent company behind it or form a joint venture with it. This could generate thousands of jobs aside from increase in value of your properties within Makati CBD. This is a mass transit that could benefit ordinary people and it will be connected to MRT 3, Metro Manila Subway and Pasig Ferry. Makati Subway could help ease traffic in those areas and the EDSA. The company behind it is very very cheap right now priced at only P3.2 billion in the PSE. Just buy 51% and you can already control the company

they had some manufacturing (Integrated micro-electronics, $IMI) for decades now . However it does seem not profitable at all. Why would then they venture to more risky as you mentioned.

Ayala does not even do things better. Most of their investment are non environmentally sustainable investing in big subdivisions. Mega world is better in a sense that they build community and townships....

Why would we speak your language? Tagalog is the language of Tagalogs, which you forcibly made us other ethinicities use as the "lingua franca" despite Spanish working fine before, which we accepted alongside our own languages. Also, "dialect" my *rse, you Tagalogs have no respect for your countrymen.
