They must level up this mall, its like a big hospital or university if you look outside.Nearby mall like PARQAL ismuch better very upscaled and very modern.

thanks this was very interesting! 2019 lang pala gawa ito. Mukhang luma na yung mall o parang SM mall sa suburban o probinsiya. daming issue sa floor tiles at tile grout, madami surface damage at dumi. yung cielings sobrang dami sprinkler at wi-fi access points, air vents, ang dumi tingnan ng mga cieling. wala din skylight sa mga cathedral or high cieling para maliwanag. kulang sa ilaw madami areas. medyo mababa mga stainless handrails at hindi masyado glossy, mukhang madumi. yung glass walls ng SM sa mga handrails, nag-mukhang high end o maganda tingnan. Iba talaga SM, hindi lang, masipag at magaling din sa implementation vs other developers. kokopyahin na lang dapat ng Ayala ang SM, di pa magawa. naging tamad incompetent, na-pulitika na mga executives ng Ayala.
