1kg Ayam
1½sk garam
500g tomato
6ulas Bawang Putih
1sk serbuk ketumbar
1sk Garam masala
1sk serbuk jintan putih
2sk serbuk cili
1 cawan air Syabas
1 tangkai cili hijau
2 inch halia
daun ketumbar Untuk Hiasan
makan bersama Roti Naan atau capati

Chef..Cuba buat peshawari chicken karahi..Simple tp sedap sngt..Bahan dia: Ayam Minyak Garam Halia dan bawang putih tumbuk Black pepper Tomato Cili hijau Halia potong memanjang Cara cara: Panas minyak bersama garam dan goreng ayam, bila hampir garing masukan halia dan bwg putih yg di tumbuk..Gaul sebati masuk tomato kacau sampai tomato layu dan buang kulit tomato tadi..Masuk sedikit air..Bila dah mendidih masuk black pepper gaul sebati dan masuk cili hijau yg di potong akhir sekali masuk halia yg di potong halus memanjang..Siap!

chef..sy pakistani..ayam karahi yg chef masak ni...blh buat "nasi palau"..salah satu mknn org pakistani...ayam karahi yg dh siap masak tu..masuk kn dlm cooker..n masuk kan beras ikut chef lh..brapa pot nk...air kne lebih sikit...kacau sebati..n biar cooker tu masak kn...dh nk masak kacau lg....biar sekejap...lpas tu blh lh menikmati nasi palau...dijamin x kn kecewa🥰
