Greetings from Australia. I love Sambal Matah and order with every meal when Im in Bali. Ive never seen it with Chicken before so I cant wait to try this. We cant get ginger flower here in Australia. Would there be something I could substitute it for? Looks amazing. Thanks so much for sharing x
