@ no it doesn’t, boosts, takeovers, etc… don’t put you over 99 attributes in a catagory. It has been confirmed that you can’t go over 99. For example, if you have a 99 three ball with legend limitless. You won’t get a higher three ball with the shooting boosts / takeover, if you use deep bomber your range opens up tremendously. It doesn’t have anything to do with your attributes going past 99.
