That pre poo is a staple in my routine. It’s bae. I switch through dif products here and there but i use that one every single wash day. It’s amazing and for $5?!?!? Gurlll i got like 3 unopened ones under the sink right now.

you can you a $2 conditioner to pre poo. Anything will do. If your hair is dry for long periods of time before your next wash you will for sure get a lot of shedding. Even if you have to wash every 2 weeks, just moisturize often. And when it is time to wash and/or pre poo you will see a lot less shedding. If you start to see a lot of shedding in the weeks or months with pre poo, stop th pre poo process for a while and go straight to 4 sections and wash. But wash downward do there is no tangling.
