At last, someone who is brave and talented enough to sing this song and give a different interpretation to it. The color purple is one of the best broadway musicals I've known and I must say that she really give justice to it. If Cynthia Erivo's interpretation focuses on the importance of loving oneself, Ayegee made me realized that despite our insecurities and different adversaries we faced, family and love would always prevail. Ayegee, keep moving forward. I know that someday the Filipinos will fully-grasped the talent you possessed and you don't belong to the what we call.. "typical biritera" Remember that I myself who is inlove with music had fell in love with how you deliver the song and how you convey your emotions through singing.
