I used to own a holiday home in Kennedy Street (off the Nissi Beach Road). I saw what was coming in 1993 and sold it, at a small profit. having watched your video I was right.

Thanks for your share! Ayia Napa is a touristic place indeed. But in Cyprus you have a climate that allows at least 6-7 months sunbathing and going to the beach, and I guess in other months ( not high season) is a lot more calm to visit.
