*please just know your belly still having a small bump is totally normal & it takes your body up to a year to heal from a c section. just make sure you’re staying hydrated and that’s all that matters. it took 9 months to grow Coast so all your muscles + organs + everything have to have time to get back to normal. you’re doing amazing mama & you look phenomenal!! 💙*

It takes 9 months for your body to grow a baby, and about 9 months to go back to normal. I just had my second baby end of November and I’m struggling too! Give yourself grace 💗

I’m on the smaller side like you, super short (5 ft) and pre baby 100 lbs and tbh i still have that bump 1.6 yrs later keep in mind though i dont workout and it is significantly smaller now than when i was 3 months pp but yea dont feel alone

Just another commenter letting you know your body is beautiful, you created life! It’s so hard to not be down on ourselves but it’s just this society, way too much pressure put on moms to bounce back when all you should be focused on right now is baby snuggles. Physical therapy is a great option if you’re ready to strengthen back up though, I feel like it should be required after pregnancy. But your body shows you can carry/birth a baby which is sexy (always remember that) plus you look healthy. I still have a little tummy bump now at almost 4 years postpartum, along with stretch marks and a c-section scar. And it tells the most beautiful story of my life so I choose not to h8 it❤️

Girl, dont worry about your body. You look absolutely amazing for only a few months after giving birth! Please keep in mind that you have a moms body now, itll never look the same as before pregnancy. Your amazing body went through a lot during pregnancy and it still does after birth ❤

Do work outs specifically for women who are postpartum. A lot of women have ab separation known as diastasis recti. Your abs separate when you get pregnant and have a baby and you have to do specific workouts to get your core to go back together! It takes time! Be patient with yourself! Your stomach with go back down. 💗💗
