I agree and I am happy he chose Illinois. For that reason I think he will go down as one of the most important players in the history of the Illini. Especially in the last 25 years. His decision and his play has shown that you can indeed stay home and win at the University of Illinois. If the other top tier players would remember that Illinois would be a national powerhouse. As far as cutting down the nets, idk, it’s some talented teams out there, coach Underwood’s former team being one of them. But if things fall right, anything is possible. No matter the result, to me his legacy is set, and will go down as an Illini great. In the same stratosphere with the Flying Illini, Deon Thomas, Frank Williams and Kiwanis Garris. And the 04-05 D. I'm watching 2 years later and this guy had become a true Man among men. He is humble, a confident Champion, and a of God's Heart. Kinda like King David I'd say. He will continue to succeed on and off the court while Praising Jesus and Giving God the Glory. I believe his loving and wise parents are a Huge part of this. I'm sure his sisters would run off any baby company. It will be Awesome to see them win the NCAA Championship and Ayo receiving the MVP award. I'm positive he'll give credit to others and mostly to our Heavenly Father. I think he's a terrific example for our kids to look to. It's Perfectly Kool to be a Christian and Champion of Christ. Jesus will place a crown on those who believe. I believe that makes us a Champion for eternity.
