I was moved to tears while watching this series. When God makes you wait as a single you think He's being unfair. This's a huge cross that'll be too heavy for sis Mo' to carry, abi, and to think that the bishop knew all along. God have mercy on the singles. @@iamblessed7737 Yes, but sometimes when parents are too busy to listen to their children, they easily get influenced by friends who listen to them. Parents keep saying “I am doing all this to give you a good future”, just like Bishop thought he was preparing David from Taking over from him in the future. However intentional parenting is beyond that. A child will easily slip into peer pressure when there is a vacuum.

I still think it is a dream😢. Morenike, please wake up from this dream. I wonder why this kind of thing happens to good people sometimes. Morenike kept herself and just gave in at the last minute. May we not turn back at the edge of our breakthrough or testimonies. She didn't even have too much pressure from her parents, I wonder why she ignored the prompting from the Spirit. For Morenike, we pray for strength. There's not much anyone can do from the outside, than to console her. 😢 God always has a plan B for situations like this. And if she can stay through the fire with God (which is very tough) God would do what only He knows how to do best: Heal and Restore. When it comes to violence like that, I think the urgence is to take precautions to save the women's life before. For example by temporary seperation, while the husband decides to repent accordingly. After that, may come your advice. Too many wives die in marriages because people are playing it soo spiritual. " just pray, be patient..." and so.. On this matrzr we are too careless. This is a very pathetic but educative, instructive and inspiring movie. The life of Morenike, the Precious Daughter of the Most God, is evidently confirming Proverbs 5. Prov. 5:9- Lest thou give thine honour unto others, and thy years unto the cruel: Prov. 5:10- Lest strangers be filled with thy wealth; and thy labours be in the house of a stranger; Prov. 5:11- And thou mourn at the last, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed, Prov. 5:12- And say, How have I hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof; Prov. 5:13- And have not obeyed the voice of my teachers, nor inclined mine ear to them that instructed me! He forgot that a faulty foundation can not be corrected by a godly wife but God himself and the willingness of the owner of the house to allow the foundation to be corrected. David would be a good person and a husband if he gets proper psychological treatment (because of the drug addition) and Godly counsel, prayers and discipleship. 2. It seems David truely loves Morenike looking at his humility of always seeking forgiveness whenever he goes wrong. 3. No one forced David on Morenike even though he persisted and at a point told Morenike that she can deny him or regret later. 4. This is so real. So so real. It looks exactly like my story. OmG. If she doesn’t leave that marriage or separates… one day someone will die. The guy is becoming violent and he thinks she can’t leave after all she now knows. She won’t be able to talk. (The reason why she couldn’t talk to her parents). I was also mute too for years. Not until everything became yam pepper scatter scatter enough for his parents in law saw this….that’s what it usually comes down to. Just like mine… this marraige was based on deception. Like PURE LIES… The bishop is a liar and so what does HE PREACHES…. And so I wonder…. Because he thinks marriage is the end and they think she IS STUCKED TO THEIR SON FOR LIFE….and his son… that one too they both are liars… so he didn’t tell his intended his past… I remembered when the father of my children and I had the church wedding we had too… The letter the church in uk asked him to bring from his pastor in Nigeria so that we can be married in the RCCG here in uk was written by his friend and signed by friend who pretended to be his pastor in Nigeria on the day of our wedding…. and I remembered he told me categorically that was he did. And bishop has that gut to open that his dirty mouth to say that David’s life is now better because morenike is in their son’s life. The church and him are counting on MORENIKE… but is God counting on morenike or is MORENIKE now the SAVIOUR OF THE WHOLE WORLD ni. Sometimes I am still amazed but why am I even amazed…. When the Bible says the devil is a liar and THE FATHER OF LIARS…. I dare say that BISHOP ODUALA AND HIS SON are liars and sons of the devil for them to have package such a LIE FOR MORENIKE. And I love the way MORENIKE OWNED UP to the fact that SHE MARRIED HIM of her own volition… no one forced her….that’s why AS A SINGLE PERSON… if you allow anyone mess you up or you miss marry…. I feel for Mo and I blame her parents fir not interceding for her in prayer, so she could make the right decisions before the marriage. They were blindfolded because of their relationships and because of the name. Sometimes, parents needs to know the will of God for their children and intensify in prayer. For David, I think his parents failed him and things wouldn't have gone to this if the father has spoke put, but because of their reputation and name they hide the truth and now the consequences is more that what they bargain for. Prov 22:6 - The bible says train up a child in the way he should go not a man. The responsibilities parents failed to carry out on their children is being pushed to others. Parents pushed their children to teachers, nannies, house keepers and expect the best, even go as far as blaming them for any mistake made by the children. What is the parents input in the life of their children. God will make parents wake up to their responsibilities. A child character is built over the years, the signs of their bad behavior is always there. How will Morenike be the saviour of a grown man like David? Marriage is truly an institution. If love is blind (which is not), marriage will open the blindness. God bless this ministry in Jesus name.

My family's been greatly blessed by the Husband and Wife movies we've seen (Homeless, Blizzard and Quagmire). I was initially confused seeing episode 185...187 etc but later discovered they were stand-alone movies under the series. I wonder how long it'll take me to see all previous episodes!

Now it is clear, it is not a dream. That is what happens when you miss the perfect will of God, you end up with a permissive will and then reap the whirlwind because there is no guarantee that David or that spouse will be saved till death. It's very important to start very early praying and showing our children the right path to follow in life while growing up. David did not just jump into this but may there was no proper preparation for the path he should go, he also don't like what's happening in His life.
