It's great that you fish and restore boats (like me) on a shoestring budget (man I've pulled some real 'winners' out of the woods too). It totally makes your channel! We all want that $80,000 bass boat but it's the journey getting there. Years ago we used to use those riverside floating air craws you found in that jar! Texas rigged with a bullet weight flipping the hudson river. They also used to make a floating air fry that worked awesome for toothy critters! Texas rigged with no weight and just twitched like a zoom fluke. The air pockets in the bait made them float back to the surface or made the claws stand off the bottom, it was an ingenious soft plastic bait! Riverside actually became Yum baits years later. Everyone knows yum lures work great. Yum dinger! Lol... Nice finds! Fish on!!
