Bolu Keju
50gr mentega
60gr susu cair
80gr terigu protein rendah
20gr maizena
20gr susu bubuk
6 kuning telur
1 sdt vanilla extract
6 putih telur
3gr garam
1 sdt perasan jeruk nipis/lemon
90gr gula pasir
60gr keju parut
- Cairkan diatas panci berisi air panas mentega dan susu cair, aduk hingga mentega larut dan tercampur rata
- Masukkan terigu, susu bubuk dan maizena, aduk hingga menjadi pasta
- Masukkan kuning telur aduk rata hingga adonan halus
- Dalam wadah terpisah, kocok putih telur garam dan air jeruk, kocok dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga berbuih halus dan mengembang sempurna
- Masukkan gula pasir, kocok dengan kecepatan no 2 dari 5 kecepatan, hingga gula larut
- Naikkan 1 kecepatan, kocok hingga medium stiff peak
- Campurkan meringue dan adonan kuning telur, aduk balik hingga rata
- Tuang dalam 2 loyang kertas
Cara Panggang
Api atas bawah suhu 120-130C
Panggang 15 menit
Keluarkan kasih taburan keju
Panggang lagi 40 menit

Cheese Cake
50g butter
60g liquid milk
80g low protein flour
20g cornstarch
20g powdered milk
6 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 egg whites
3g salt
1 tsp lime/lemon juice
90g granulated sugar
60g grated cheese
- Melt the butter and liquid milk in a pan containing hot water, stir until the butter dissolves and is mixed well
- Add flour, powdered milk and cornstarch, stir until it becomes a paste
- Add the egg yolk and stir until the mixture is smooth
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites, salt and orange juice, beat at high speed until smooth and fluffy
- Add granulated sugar, shake at speed number 2 of 5, until the sugar dissolves
- Increase speed 1, beat until medium stiff peaks
- Combine the meringue and egg yolk mixture, stir again until smooth
- Pour into 2 paper tins
How to Bake
Top and bottom fire temperature 120-130C
Bake 15 minutes
Take out and sprinkle with cheese
Bake another 40 minutes
