I think ‘Honey Singh’ is a music producer who’s famous because of the beats he created during that time more than a singer similar to Himesh. Everyone from ‘Shahrukh’, ‘Akshay’ to ‘Amitabh’ wanted to feature him. He wasn’t even given credit for classics like ‘Subha hone na de’ because his reputation was not good. Specially for his ‘lyrics’. To top it all, he literally disappeared at his peak.

U don't know about him much I think. He was very popular in Punjab since 2004, he also tried to make Indiaj music international. He has many local songs other than brown rang blue eyes love dose etc. he didn't disappear in his prime. He made Punjabi movies. He also had multipolar disorder. Which is a psychological problem which makes u think whatever u imagine is real. He says he lived inside his room for 2 years and never came out. His family took care of him all that two years His songs like dope shope, classy ,desi kalaakar etc are still used in reels and edits. His voice is also really good.he could have sung punjabi songs and could have remained famous only in Punjab, but he wanted to make it more famous to the world other than tunuk tunuk. That's why he created blue eyes kind of songs. That album itself is called international villager for a reason. Akshay is a Punjabi , he is like big brother to him. He also remembers Akshay used to call him daily when he was sick and asked about his health. Akshay has done it with many people. He does that to people who he cares about.

I really hope he'd produce more "Blue Eyes", "Desi Kalakar" type songs. Although I cannot stand Rap, these songs make me nostalgic and reminds me of my school days. That is the magic I would expect from him henceforth.
