Mummy just said something important when she talked about the dishes and Laying them the way Ope does them. I always observe a person’s home whenever I am a guest there and abide by the rules and regulations. If they take their shoes off then I take my shoes off. If they only eat at their dining table then I eat at the dining table. Respect people’s houses guys.

We thank God for gifting you with a mother-in-law that loves and fears Him for “a woman(mother-in-law) that fears the Lord is to be praised.” 🙏 I’m definitely up for changing the narrative by God’s grace no Patience Ozokwor type mother-in-law/daughter-in-law type relationships. One thing that stood out to me from what Mama Davies said is that she started praying for her future daughter in-laws before her sons get married. This is something I’ve been doing for years for my future mother in law and highly recommended it ladies and gents. Prayer is powerful!
