wake up, its called 'managed decline'. For too long we've had Uncle Toms in these 'nice areas ' in bed with the ruling parties and not caring about local issues. This election has exposed them Peterlee, Hartelpool, Grantham, and so many other white working class area also have suffered from this same issue. its not about race
