To me, this felt like a situation where neither 621 or Ayre had a choice. The only family and friends 621 ever knew asked him to keep the companies from potentially destroying everything by playing with coral. Which Ayre couldn’t do. She can stand still and watch you kill her family. And she asks 621 to instead kill his family on a “maybe” or “possibility”. All in the name of protecting her people. It's something that Ayre fails to realize when she talks to you in the final fight. If she couldn't walk together with 621 if it meant killing her people, she can't ask that of him if it means killing his people.
